Ideal Foods Company has been in full operations for just over a year and started up in 2017. Currently Ideal Foods Company has Blend Salsa, Baja Hot Sauce, and Pure Spice Blends all of which I've founded. Blend Salsa has 3 FDA approved salsas, Baja Hot Sauce has 3 FDA approved, and Pure Spice Blends has 2 products that will be ready for production soon.

What makes us different is my passion for creating the best-tasting products on the market! The salsa and hot sauce market in Colorado is very saturated with products and if you don't produce something different, unique, and better tasting you won't have much success. What else makes us different, is we only use all-natural high-quality fresh ingredients, without any additives or preservatives. This makes for a much better-tasting product without that odd aftertaste that you get from many store-bought salsas. That odd aftertaste was the main reason I started making my own salsas. Our products are 100% Vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, and dangerously delicious on everything. Being able to completely understand all the ingredients in our products makes us different. You can't understand some of the ingredients in a lot of products out on the market today! Finally, what really makes me different is that I moved to Mexico in 2016/2017 to better my craft. While there I opened and operated my own taco stand. My small business superpower is making the best-tasting products you can buy, working really hard to get my products out there, and making contacts every day. 

My driving force is to get people to try my amazing products and keep creating/inventing new amazing recipes. It's a really great feeling when people tell you how much they enjoy your products and recipes. Currently having the best-selling salsa at Lucky's Markets is another big driving force. Growing in the future, we have been approved by Natural Grocers and will be going semi-national with their 120-plus stores. Will be a vendor at the new Clark's Market opening in Lowry this summer and adding stores weekly. We'll also be doing farmer's markets, events, and shows all over the state until the end of the year and into next.
