Hi, I'm Lisa Conway, owner of Vantage Hair Salon.
How long have you been in operation? And what services/ products do you provide?
Vantage opened in January 2021, providing a diverse range of hair care services. Our offerings include balayage, blonding, color services, extensions, designer colors, cutting, and personalized treatments designed to instantly address any scalp or hair challenges our clients may be facing. In 2022, we also partnered with Faked It Tans to bring 100% naturally derived and cruelty-free spray tans to our guests.
What makes your business different? And what would you say is your small business superpower?
What sets us apart is our commitment to our business values. At the heart of everything we do lies a dedication to sustainability and community support. Our salon walls (and even our ceiling!) are covered with original artwork from talented local artists. In 2022, we proudly achieved carbon neutrality, a testament to our environmental responsibility. Our superpower is our relentless pursuit of creating a meaningful and positive impact in the lives of those around us.
What has been the driving force behind your business? And in what ways are you hoping to grow in the future?
The driving force behind our business is our mission to bring skill, artistry, community, and sustainability together to deliver exceptional salon experiences. We are inspired daily by our clients, the local businesses we collaborate with, and the vibrant community of innovators and forward thinkers within our industry. As we look to the future, we see endless opportunities for growth!
